The 3900 platform is intended for users located in Malaysia. Users from regions or countries where local laws prohibit the use of such platforms are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws.

You agree not to share your login details with any third party. 3900 will never ask for your password via email or live chat. Any such requests should be reported to our support team as potential scams.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules

Payments, Transactions, and Currency
All transactions on the 3900 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through approved payment methods including local online banking like Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and DuitNow.
Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and currency of their bank account information. 3900 is not liable for delays or failed transactions resulting from incorrect information or issues caused by banks.
All deposits credited to the gaming account are considered accepted. Withdrawals are subject to verification that may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the chosen withdrawal method. 3900 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving withdrawals, especially for amounts exceeding certain limits.
Any attempt to transfer funds between user accounts, or to use the platform for money laundering purposes, will result in immediate account suspension and the case being reported to the relevant authorities.
